Mould

Here's a snapshot of a mini-growth. Imagine a whole wall covered with it, that's what I have to deal with.

Moulds include all species of microscopic fungi that grow in the form of multicellular filaments, called hyphae.[1] In contrast, microscopic fungi that grow as single cells are called yeasts. A connected network of these tubular branching hyphae has multiple, genetically identical nuclei and is considered a single organism, referred to as a colony or in more technical terms a mycelium.

I look at you all see the mould there that's sleeping
While my wall gently weeps
I look at the wall and I see it need cleaning
Still my wall gently weeps
